What are your hours of operation/receiving hours?

Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
Receiving hours are Monday thru Friday are between 10am to 4pm.

Which sellers do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with all types of sellers. No seller is too small or too big. We accept wholesale, private label, online and retail abitrage.
We accept international sellers. We do not manage customer clearance or serve as an LTL brokeage.
Although we accept small sellers, we do not accept Amazon or Walmart sellers who are new to the Amazon or Walmart system as we do not have the resources to assist in learning Amazon or Walmart's processes or shipping terminologies.

We offer NDAs with a non compete clause for our clients if necessary.

What does Rite Prep qualify as Wholesale/PL?

Accepted Answer

Rite Prep Shipping qualifies wholesale as one incoming and outgoing product from a manufacturer or legitimate supplier (we may make an exception for our volume clients and others).
Clients with more than one sku per shipment may be assessed the same fees as OA/RA.

Does Rite Prep follow Amazon prep and packing instructions?

Yes, Rite Prep follows all Amazon's prep and packing instructions. To mention a few, Amazon box restriction which states that boxes cannot be longer than 25" on any side. Amazon box policy of 50 lbs or less per box. Amazon pallet restrictions of 1500 lbs per pallet and 72" pallet height.

Can Rite Prep use my marketing inserts for my products?

Yes Rite Prep can do this for $0.15. Inserts will be provided by client.

Question 8

What happens if i'm expecting container or LTL delivery after hours or on weekends?

Accepted Answer

An after hour delivery/weekend delivery fee of $150 will be charged to the client. Client must give appropriate notice before shipment arrival.

Does Rite Prep charge clients for boxes?

Accepted Answer

If we have free avaliable boxes, which we usually do, we will not charge clients for boxes. We will reuse boxes received throughout the day. 
 
Please be advised that we may charge clients a box cost if we do not have any available free boxes or if clients requests a custom box.

Can Rite Prep use InventoryLab for my products?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Rite Prep can use inventoryLab for customer's inventory. Clients will be accessed a $15 per month fee because we'd have to provide a client email address for inventory lab

How long does it take Rite Prep to process shipments?

Accepted Answer

It typically takes up to 2 business days to process shipments (3 days during the 4th quarter).

Does Rite Prep require user permissions on clients Amazon account?

Accepted Answer

No, Rite Prep does not require user permissions. Please note that Rite Prep cannot print FBA shipping labels without user permissions.
Clients have the option of sending us the necessary labels. Please be aware that this process may cause some delays in shipment completion and result in storage fees as per our storage fee schedule.
Clients who opt to send labels for prep are required to send all FNSKU labels prior to shipment arrival or may be assessed a $65 fee.
We prefer creating and printing carton and shipping labels as this process creates efficiency. We may choose not to continue using access to a client's account if we deem the process to be inefficient.
We will not manage clients account or add ASINs on behalf of our clients. All ASINs and SKUs must be added prior.

How does Rite Prep handle items lost/damaged at our warehouse?

Rite Prep will administer a service fee credit equivalent to the cost of the item(s). Rite Prep will be cover items that were lost/missing in transit or damaged at other locations.

Question 16

Which shipping methods can Rite prep use to ship my inventory?

Accepted Answer

Rite Prep can ship customer inventory via UPS, LTL and FTL. Please be aware that LTL will incur an additional $15 per pallet if your shipment didn't arrive on a pallet or pallet comes damaged or if you need additional pallets.
 
Please be aware that FTL shipments may incur a prorated loading fee of $35 per hour. You will only pay for the amount of time used to load your pallets into the trailer.

Does Rite Prep handle glass/fragile items?

Yes, Rite Prep handles glass and fragile items. Please be aware that items with visible damage will be rejected and returned to sender. We will document damage and attempt to inform the client(s) invovled.

Question 18

How secure is your facility?

Accepted Answer

We have all year round surveillance monitoring the interior and exterior of our warehouse. We also retain liability insurance from State Farm. Clients can request proof of coverage if necessary.
